Welcome, I’m Jourdan

Founder of Noire Adoption and proud adoptive mom. I started this agency because I experienced firsthand the lack of cultural understanding in traditional adoption services.

As a Black woman navigating adoption, I knew our community needed an agency that truly 'gets it' - one that understands the unique considerations, challenges, and joys of building Black and interracial families through adoption.

Today, Noire Adoption is Texas's premier Black-owned licensed adoption agency, combining professional excellence with cultural competency and genuine care.
